Prototyping enhancements and state management

This update enhances prototyping features, allowing for easier state management and improved animation transitions.
Changes
Prototyping: The first two states (State 1 and Base State) are now created at once (easier/faster) by default.
Prototyping: Events now consider current object/state as default.
Prototyping: The object toolbar now changes based on Playmode.
Prototyping: Improvements in animation transitions when moving the mouse too fast.
Lines and Point layers are now disabled (due to reduce in resize performance).
