SPLINE ALPHA II: Major feature updates

This update introduces significant new features in Spline Alpha II, including material assets and improved modeling tools.

Introducing Spline Web Version (app.spline.design).
New Feature: Material Assets. Ability to create reusable material components and assign them to objects.
New Material Layer: Displacement. Distort the geometry using a Map (texture) or a 3D Noise shader.
New Material Layer: Matcaps. Use a texture to simulate lighting.
Improved Noise Layer: Now it uses a 3D Noise shader to avoid surface seams (Simplex, Simplex Fractal, Perlin, Ashima).
New Feature: 3D modelling Tools (Preview). Create Subdivision Surfaces (Extrude, Insets Loops, and more!).
New Feature: Vector Round Corners. Easily control the roundness of corners.
New Feature: Vector Bevels. Control the roundness of the 3D extrusions.
New Feature: Frame Mode, control and resize the frame size easily.
New Feature: Dropdown selector for common device sizes from the Frame panel.
New Exporting Option: Control camera orbit limits.
New Exporting Option: Turntable (auto animate camera).
You can now export as .spline from the Publish & Share panel.
New UI Redesign for File and Account Views.
Better SVG support and compatibility with Vector mode.
Improved Sharing Window to enable multiple emails with a comma.
Optimized Exports (2 to 4x smaller on big scenes).
Lots of fixes/improvements.
